Vanessa Ribeiro Rodrigues has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2007 when they were an Estagiária at Grupo RBS. Vanessa then moved on to Housekeeping at Coronet Peak Hotel in 2008. In 2010, they were an Agente local de inovação at SEBRAE and an Administrative Analyst at Briggs & Stratton. In 2012, they became an Analista de RH at Portobello and in 2014 they were a Docente at Unilas and a Business Partner at B2W Digital. In 2017, they were a Human Resources Coordinator at Linx and in 2021 they became a Senior Human Resources Manager and HRBP Manager at Dock. Currently, Vanessa is the Head of People at Ewally.

Vanessa Ribeiro Rodrigues has a diverse educational background. Vanessa obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul in 2008. Following this, they obtained a Specialization in Management from Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul in 2011. Vanessa then completed their MBA in Strategic People Management from Universidade do Vale do Itajaí in 2013. In 2017, they earned their Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales. Lastly, in 2019, they completed an Agile HR course from How Bootcamps.
