Herman Krosby

Herman Krosby possesses a diverse professional background with extensive experience in HR and client coordination. Currently serving as a Delivery Lead and Client Coordinator at Ework Group since August 2022, Krosby previously held roles at Mowi from March 2021 to September 2022, including HR-assistant, where responsibilities involved launching an international learning platform and conducting a global survey for 12,000 employees, and HR intern, focused on developing an e-learning platform. Prior to these positions, Krosby gained experience in sales of specialized products at Krosby Møbler AS and Askøy Møbler AS, and served as a Radio Operator in the Norwegian Armed Forces. Krosby holds a Bachelor's degree in HR Development from Kristiania University College, completed in 2022.
