Rebecka Gustafsson

Rebecka Gustafsson has held various roles throughout their work experience. Rebecka began their career as a Shop Salesperson at Jula AB, where they were responsible for sales, merchandise, and customer service. Rebecka then worked as a Recruitment Resourcer at Unik Resurs i Sverige AB, where they sourced and headhunted candidates for leadership and specialist roles. Rebecka also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Framtidsverket before joining Clas Ohlson as a Shop Salesperson. In this role, they provided customer service and worked on merchandise tasks. Rebecka then moved on to Humana AB as a Recruitment Specialist, where they managed the end-to-end recruitment process for personal assistants. At Ericsson, they first worked as a Recruiter, supporting recruitment across different business areas, and later became a Team Lead Recruitment, where they managed a team of senior recruiters. Currently, Rebecka is the Head of Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner at Ework Group, responsible for talent acquisition and HR business partnering for the Market Units Denmark & Finland. Rebecka has also been involved in diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company. Throughout their career, Rebecka has focused on recruitment, workforce planning, and employer branding, partnering with internal stakeholders to meet organizational talent needs.

Rebecka Gustafsson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Personal, Arbete, Organisation (PAO) from Stockholm University, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. Prior to attending university, they attended Mikael Elias gymnasium from 2009 to 2012 and achieved a degree with a specialization in samhälle/humanism (social sciences).

Additionally, Rebecka has obtained several certifications. In September 2022, they completed the "Arbetsmiljö för chefer 1 dag" certification offered by Prevent - Arbetsmiljö i samverkan. In September 2021, Rebecka obtained the "Kompetensbaserad rekrytering i Ascend (MAP & Matrigma)" certification from Assessio. Furthermore, in August 2020, they acquired the "Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment" certification from LinkedIn.
