Siviany Garita

Siviany Garita has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Siviany started their career in 2008 as an Instructor at CyberU. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Trainer at Fujitsu, where they provided training to newcomers and developed training materials. Siviany then joined Convergys as a Second Level Support from January 2013 to July 2013. Following that, they worked at Auxis as a Trainer/QA Control from December 2013 to May 2016, where they were responsible for teaching and developing new members, evaluating and reporting on training programs, and improving QA processes.

In 2016, Siviany Garita joined Amazon as a Seller Support Advisor, providing support to sellers. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Polímata as a Director, utilizing various tools such as coaching and neuro-linguistic programming to empower individuals to achieve their goals. Siviany focused on areas such as financial education, personal development, mental health, and communication efficiency.

From 2019 to 2021, Siviany Garita worked at Oracle as an Associate Technical Support Engineer, providing technical support to clients. Currently, they are employed at Outcoding as a Services Project Coordinator, starting from January 2022.
