Lonnie Kelco

Lonnie Kelco has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. From 2003 to 2009, Lonnie worked as the owner of Paladin Technical. In 2009, Lonnie joined SRA, a CSRA company, as a Security Engineer, performing onsite technology integration services and supporting internal projects. In 2012, Lonnie transitioned to Accenture as a Technology Consultant, leading the build of the foundation of the digital couponing platform for Coupons.com and maintaining the availability of Linux and Windows systems. In 2014, Lonnie joined Quotient Technology Inc. as a Support Account Manager, collaborating with diverse teams and serving as the primary technical point of contact for a key strategic customer. In 2015, Lonnie joined Exabeam as a Technical Account Manager, owning and handling technical issues for key customers. Lonnie subsequently held roles at Exabeam as a Senior Manager, Global Support & Sustainability, a Senior Technical Program Manager, and a Director of Engineering Escalation Management. In these positions, Lonnie built and managed worldwide support teams, implemented support models, led product improvement initiatives, and established incident management procedures. In 2021, Lonnie joined PerimeterX (now HUMAN) as a Director, Solution Architects, where they designed and implemented a new ticketing system, revamped the POC process, and streamlined documentation processes. Lastly, in 2023, Lonnie returned to Exabeam as a Senior Director, holding positions in Global Support and Technical Programs, as well as Global Incidents.

Lonnie Kelco has a Master of Science degree in Applied Information Technology from George Mason University. Lonnie also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University.
