Ieva Blekaityte has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Ieva is currently the Head of People & Culture at Exacaster since October 2021. Prior to this, they were a Co-founder, Wellbeing Advisor, and Women Leadership Coach at Now Be You, a global women empowerment movement, where they created and organized women empowerment and leadership programs. Additionally, Ieva provided HR consultation and served as a mentor for other HR professionals.

Ieva also worked as a Founding Partner and People & Organizational culture expert at Bright Minds Board from April 2019 to September 2021. At Mars, they held the position of HR Head at Cafosa Global Gum Base, where they developed and implemented HR solutions to support associates' development and business growth. Ieva also served as an HR Business Partner for Supply at Cafosa Global Gum Base, contributing to the design and deployment of people talent and organization strategies.

Before their time at Mars, Ieva was the HR Manager at Wrigley Baltics, where they collaborated with the GM and Baltic Leadership team to establish and implement business and people objectives. At Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, they worked as an HR Specialist, ensuring HR process compliance and implementing people strategies.

Ieva began their career at Siemens as a Corporate Communications Coordinator, responsible for internal communications and corporate events. Prior to that, they held various roles at AIESEC, including Unit Development & Coach at AIESEC Costa Rica and President of AIESEC Kaunas, HR.

Overall, Ieva's work experience showcases their expertise in HR, organizational culture, wellbeing at work, and leadership coaching, specifically in the areas of women empowerment and talent development.

Ieva Blekaityte has a diverse education history. In 1999, they began their undergraduate studies at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business management and administration for four years, completing their studies in 2003. Ieva then furthered their education by enrolling in the ISM University of Management and Economics from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained an Executive Master's degree in Business management. In 2018, Ieva attended Tino Fernández Coaching for a brief period, focusing on Coaching Estrategico. Finally, in 2022, Ieva enrolled at Ana Merlino, where they are currently pursuing an ACC degree in Coaching, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
