Pâmila Scouto has held various roles in the customer service and sales industry since 2014. In 2014, they began working as a Caixa at DNA Natural - Shopping Iguatemi. Later that year, they took on a Caixa and Vendedora role at Hering Store Canoas Shopping. In 2016, they started a position as a Recepcionista at Grupo GNB - Milk Jurerê, where they were responsible for receiving guests and participants of parties held by the company. In 2017, they began working as a Recepcionista at Rh Hotelaria (Zaya Motel), where they were responsible for controlling reservations and check-in/check-out processes. In 2019, they began working as an Estagiário de administração at Grupo Uni.co, where they were responsible for registering retailers and following up with inactive clients. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Customer Success Manager and Squad Leader, as well as a Customer Success Analyst and Business Development Representative at Exact Sales. In the latter role, they were responsible for active prospecting and qualifying leads provided by the LDR area, as well as deep qualification of leads using SPIN Selling and contact with commercial directors and managers from all sectors of the economy.
Pâmila Scouto has a comprehensive education history. Pâmila completed a Técnico in Informática at IECPAC from 2008 to 2009. Afterwards, they obtained a Graduação in Administração de Empresas from Estácio from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are pursuing a Graduação in Marketing at Faculdade Cesusc from 2020 to 2022.
