Vitor Rossi

Vitor Rossi's work experience includes the following positions:

- Office Boy at Sul Distribuidora from January 2017 to October 2017. Vitor was responsible for customer service, logistics of deliveries, and compliance with processes.

- Intern in the Customer Success department at Exact Sales from August 2018 to July 2019. Vitor'smain tasks included customer support, analysis of results, training, retention of clients, and development of new strategies for sales operations.

- Customer Success Operations at Exact Sales since August 2019. In this role, Vitor focuses on managing processes and indicators in the Customer Success area. Vitor'sresponsibilities include controlling area's indicators, analyzing the quality of the client database, creating dashboards for data analysis, assisting with project tracking, managing area processes, and supporting contract management and client portfolio.

Additionally, Vitor Rossi worked as an Assessor of Projects for Esag's Athletics from December 2018 to December 2021. In this role, they were responsible for organizing events, parties, and integrations, with the goal of creating a lighter environment for the university community.

Vitor Rossi's education history includes earning a Bachelor degree in Administration from Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina.
