Antje Rhode-Kurnow

Antje Rhode-Kurnow currently serves as the Manager of R&D Laboratory Operations at Exact Sciences, overseeing a 10,000 sq ft facility and managing a team of LabOps technicians while ensuring safety and compliance as part of the Emergency Response Team. As the Owner of ARK LabOps and Safety Consulting LLC, Antje specializes in lab operations with a focus on compliance, safety, and risk minimization. Previous experience includes roles as Associate Director of R&D Lab Operations and Safety and Sr. Lab Manager at Inhibrx Biosciences, as well as a Scientist at Johnson & Johnson and Sr. Laboratory Manager at Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute. Antje holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from Villanova University and early training as a Chemisch-technische Assistentin from Chemistry School Göttingen.
