Elizaveta Sorokina

Elizaveta Sorokina is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing diverse HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at EXANTE since March 2023, Elizaveta oversees over 350 employees and provides expert guidance to both employees and the leadership team. Previously, Elizaveta held key HR roles, including Human Resources Business Partner at CTS EVENTIM AG & Co. KGaA, where strategic HR initiatives were aligned with business objectives, and Human Resources Generalist at HAVI, focused on delivering effective HR solutions. Earlier experience includes HR Associate at Syneos Health Clinical Solutions, where Elizaveta managed a post-merger integration for over 200 employees, and roles at bioMérieux as Administrative Assistant/HR Specialist and Mosgortrans as Human Resources Specialist.
