Monika Leissle

Monika Leissle is the Chief People Officer at Exasol, a position they have held since October 2018. Prior to joining Exasol, Leissle served as the EVP of Human Resources at Corel Corporation from 2010 to 2018. During their time at Corel, Leissle was responsible for Global HR up to board level and led the HR function through 7 acquisitions. Before joining Corel, Leissle served as Head of Human Resources at Aston Carter from July 2008 to May 2010, where they were responsible for leading the full spectrum of HR activities for several countries, including Operational HR, Policy & Processes, Health and Safety Management, Reward and recognition, workforce planning, training and development and organizational development.

Monika Leissle attended the University of West London.
