Anthony Amalraj

Anthony Amalraj is an experienced leader in project management and cybersecurity, currently serving as the Senior Manager/Security PPMO Leader at Xcel Energy since March 2022. Prior to this role, Anthony held various significant positions at DTE Energy from July 2003 to March 2022, including IT-Leader for Cybersecurity Operations and Information Security Risk Management, as well as Project/Program Manager & PMO Leader. Anthony's professional journey also includes a tenure as a Senior Software Engineer at Celltech Systems, Inc. from July 1997 to June 2003. In addition to current leadership as President of PMI Great Lakes Chapter since October 2016, Anthony has also served in roles such as President Elect, Vice President of Marketing, Sponsorship & Publicity, and Director of Sponsorship within the organization. Anthony holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Madurai Kamaraj University, and an MBA in Finance from Wayne State University.
