Mary Kay Duquette is an experienced IT leader with a strong background in managing technology investments and strategic planning within the utility industry, currently serving as IT Director 2 for Energy Operations at Xcel Energy. With over a decade at Xcel Energy, Mary Kay has led various technology partnerships and capital delivery efforts supporting gas and electric distribution, energy supply, and nuclear power generation. Prior to this role, Mary Kay held positions as Senior Program Manager and Senior Project Manager at Genesis 10 Consulting, delivering significant projects across multiple sectors. Additional experience includes senior roles in financial project management at Thrivent and Ameriprise Financial, as well as foundational positions at Ernst & Young and Accenture. Mary Kay holds a Master’s degree in Finance, Organizational Development from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Morningside University.
