Lyne Beauchemin

Lyne Beauchemin, CPA has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Lyne is currently the Director of Finance for the Detection Business Unit at Excelitas Technologies Corp., a position they have held since April 2020. Prior to this, they served as the North America Controller for Excelitas Technologies from June 2013 to April 2020.

From November 2010 to May 2013, Lyne was the Site Controller for Excelitas Technologies in Canada. In this role, they were responsible for finance and accounting functions, including budgeting, planning, and analysis for the Canadian Corporation and one US division. Lyne also played an active role in site management decisions, ensuring compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures.

Before joining Excelitas Technologies, Lyne held positions at PerkinElmer Canada as a Site Controller from January 2004 to November 2010 and as an Accounting Manager from March 2003 to December 2003. Lyne also worked as a Consultant at Robert Half from May 2002 to February 2003, and as a Controller at Memotec from April 1998 to January 2002.

Lyne's early career includes serving as the Chief Accountant at Boehringer Ingelheim Canada from October 1989 to April 1998 and working as an Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co from September 1987 to September 1989.

Lyne Beauchemin, CPA received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Université de Sherbrooke between 1984 and 1987. Additionally, they have also obtained the certification in "Unlocking the Potential of Women" from McKinsey & Company in the year 2020.
