Lisa Fielder, MSN, RN has accumulated a vast amount of work experience in the healthcare industry. Lisa began their career at Irwin Army Community Hospital in 2011, where they served as a Nurse Administrator and Case Manager until 2014. Lisa then transitioned to Liberty Hospital, where they worked as a Registered Nurse in the ICU from 2009 to 2016. During their time at Liberty Hospital, Lisa also assumed the role of Manager of Cardiology, Remote Monitoring, and CardioPulmonary Rehab from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, Lisa joined Saint Luke's Health System as a Clinical Nurse Manager in the Medical/Surgical department, a position they held until 2019. Following their tenure at Saint Luke's, they became the Nurse Manager of the ICU and Telemetry units at St. Mary's Medical Center from 2019 to 2020. Currently, Lisa serves as the Director of Medical/Surgical and Emergency Department at Excelsior Springs Hospital, a role they have held since 2020. In addition to their clinical work, Lisa has also shared their expertise as an Adjunct Instructor in Critical Care at both Graceland University and Missouri Western State University in 2015.
Lisa Fielder, MSN, RN obtained their Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Missouri-Columbia, attending from 2006 to 2008. Prior to this, they completed their pre-requisites for their BSN at Pittsburg State University, studying from 2004 to 2006. In 2011, they pursued a Master's degree in Nursing at PennWest California, which they completed in 2012. Furthermore, in 2018, Lisa Fielder enrolled at PennWest California for their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
