Craig Hagerman

Craig Hagerman has extensive work experience in data science and machine learning, with a focus on natural language processing (NLP). Craig has held various roles throughout their career.

From 2021 to present, Hagerman has been the Director of Data Science and Machine Learning at Exchange Solutions. In this role, they are responsible for developing data science strategy and implementing projects using machine learning and advanced analytical techniques.

Craig Hagerman has a diverse educational background. Craig began their education at Warwick Academy where they completed their high school diploma from 1980 to 1985. Craig then attended Mount Allison University from 1987 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Philosophy and Literature.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Craig pursued further education at the University of New England (AU). Craig first earned a Master of Arts degree in Applied Linguistics from 2003 to 2005. Later, from 2008 to 2011, they completed a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the same institution.

In 2013, Craig continued their academic journey at the University of Toronto, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Applied Computing. Craig completed this program in 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Craig has obtained several certifications. Craig acquired a Secret level clearance from the Government of Canada in August 2017, followed by a Reliability Status certification from the Canadian Government in July 2017. In April 2015, Craig also obtained a Controlled Goods certification from the Canadian Government.
