Stephen L.

Stephen L. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Stephen started their career as a 3rd Line IT support at Future Electronics from 2000 to 2004. Stephen then worked as an Application Support Manager, supporting the successful implementation of Peoplesoft CRM across multiple countries and offices.

Stephen joined SunGard in 2006 and held various roles, including IT Project Manager and Information Technology Specialist/Scrum Master. During their time at SunGard, they managed multiple complex projects, facilitated relationship building between internal customers, and drove Agile implementation across successful Security Finance products. Stephen also played a key role in the migration project from legacy Change Control system to Atlassian Enterprise toolset and managed a program of infrastructure improvement.

In 2016, Stephen joined Realistic Games Ltd as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Dev Team Lead. Stephen consolidated scrum teams, introduced continuous improvements, ensured Agile ceremonies were performed, and was responsible for team management and appraisals. Stephen was also involved in integrating systems for large customers and the migration from SVN to GIT.

Currently, Stephen is working at Exclaimer as the Senior Director of Business Operations. In this role, they collaborate with different departments to promote transparency, inspection, adaptation, and continual improvement. Stephen has been instrumental in conducting retrospectives and facilitating the achievement of Exclaimer's Purpose and Strategy across approximately 25 teams to date.

Stephen L. obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Biotechnology from the University of Central Lancashire from 1991 to 1994. Prior to that, they attended Oak Farm Secondary School from 1983 to 1989, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for that period. In 2014, they also obtained a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
