Currently, Andrea leads Andrea Espy Consulting, LLC, focusing on coaching senior leaders and designing leadership development programs. As Program Manager for WOMEN Unlimited, Inc., Andrea enhances early-career women's contributions in corporate settings. Past roles include Executive Coach for Executive Coaches of Orange County and Quantuvos, Talent Officer for Filene Research Institute, and Director positions at Vans and Vintage Senior Living, where Andrea oversaw talent and organizational development strategies. Andrea holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
