Executive Coaches of Orange County (ECofOC) is a 501(C)3 nonprofit organization that has been supporting the local community since 2002. We have no paid staff or office. This enables us to laser focus on our mission of developing nonprofit leaders for maximum impact. We have more than 162 coaching clients from various nonprofit organizations throughout Orange County. Since its inception, ECofOC has served over 360 nonprofits including: Orange County United Way, Make A Wish OC & the Inland Empire, Second Harvest Food Bank of OC, Charitable Ventures, Think Together, Boys and Girls Club of Garden Grove and Girl Scouts of Orange County. The most valuable benefit of coaching is developing a trusting, honest and authentic relationship with a coach where the agenda is all about the client and their leadership development. Our coaches provide pro bono services to all of our clients. Clients meet monthly with their coach. The average duration of our coaching engagement is 2.5 years.
