Mary Lauria

For more than 30 years, Mary has led Human Resources and Talent for global industries including Healthcare, Consumer Products, Financial Services and Energy. Most recently, Mary served as Chief Talent Officer for Johnson & Johnson.

As Executive Director for the Chief Talent Officer network and the Chief Learning Officer network (CTO250 & CLO250), Mary thinks the best thing about her role is learning from the different network communities around the world.
