Paula Blayney

Paula Blayney is an accomplished HRIS professional with extensive experience in human resources information systems and payroll management. Currently serving as the HRIS Manager at Exeter Finance since April 2017, Paula previously held the position of Manager, HRIS at Santander Consumer USA from March 2011 to April 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing HR systems and human capital reporting.
