Walt Evans

Walt has held senior legal executive positions at public companies and top-tier law firms for more than 26 years. Before joining Exeter Finance, he was Senior Vice President and General Counsel for ACE Cash Express. He has also served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Hollywood Casino Corporation, a publicly traded gaming company.

He has been a corporate/finance associate for both Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld and Hughes & Luce (n/k/a K&L Gates), and in 2005, was named “Best General Counsel – Attorney Staff 2-10” by the Dallas Business Journal.
