Michelle Whatley

Michelle joined Exeter Finance in June 2016 as Chief Human Resources Officer. She is a seasoned human resources executive. Prior to joining Exeter Finance, Michelle served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Santander Consumer USA. Prior to that role, she served as EVP of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources Information Systems.

She also functioned as Payroll Manager for Drive Financial prior to her experience at Santander. Michelle attended Midwestern State University and received her Professional Human Resources certification in 2009.
