Mike Davis

Mike has a dynamic 25 year career spanning the federal government and private sector, characterized by turnaround leadership and continuous process improvements in large geographically distributed organizations. He has overseen Exeter’s Defense Programs since 2003, providing deep expertise in Defense and Intelligence systems, IT policy, and governance. He has implemented multi-million dollar systems on time and under budget, while distilling complex technical issues for executive-level decision makers. His previous positions include Chief Information Officer of telecommunications carriers in Pennsylvania and Texas, and diverse intelligence and infantry assignments as a former Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel supporting multiple crisis and contingency operations. Mike possesses a Bachelor’s degree in International Politics from the Pennsylvania State University, is an honor graduate of the Marine Corps Command and Control Systems School, and an honor graduate of the Army’s Military Intelligence Officers’ Transition Course.
