Aaron Hale

Aaron Hale has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Aaron began their career as a Bespoke Design Manager at Glazing Vision Ltd in 2011. From there, they moved on to Permastore Limited as a Chief Draughtsman from 2014 to 2018. Aaron then returned to Glazing Vision Ltd as a Design Manager, responsible for Bespoke Design, Bespoke Estimating, NPD, and Product Support. In 2019, Aaron joined JBT Corporation as an Engineering Manager, overseeing Mechanical Design, Electrical Design, Automation development, and R&D. Recently, they worked as a Project Manager at VISION ARCHITECTURAL GLAZING INSTALLATIONS LIMITED, before assuming the role of Head of Mechanical Engineering at EXHEAT in July 2023.
