Cyril ROMANET currently serves as the Directeur recherche et développement produits at EXKi, overseeing product strategy and ensuring successful market launches since April 2022. Previously, Cyril co-founded and led Prune, a startup focused on mobile, organic food solutions, from June 2018 to March 2022. Cyril's experience includes menu development management for Air France at Servair from July 2014 to June 2018, and overseeing non-aerial food service offerings for the group. Educationally, Cyril holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Hospitality Management from Ecole de Savignac, and has worked in various management roles within the hospitality sector, beginning as a Commis de Cuisine in renowned establishments.
