Alex Gorbylev

Alex Gorbylev has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and technology management. Alex is currently serving as the Head of Software Engineering at Exness. Prior to this, they worked at Mail.ru Group as the Deputy Chief Technology Officer, where they led the transformation of the technical team and coordinated the adoption of technical and architectural decisions. Alex also worked as the Chief Technology Officer at Intelligent Blockchain Labs, where they organized the entire technical department and was responsible for technology selection, hiring, and overall management. Before that, they served as the Chief Technology and Product Officer at KUPIVIP.RU, leading the development department and implementing effective communication and development cycle management. Alex also headed the development department at Actionpay, where they designed the architecture for the largest CPA advertising platform in Russia. Additionally, they worked as a Team Lead at MyMotivator.ru, a Senior Developer at Moskva.com, a Middle Developer at Temamedia, and a Junior Developer at the Center for Information Technology and Educational Equipment.

From 2004 to 2009, Alex Gorbylev attended Moscow State University of Transport (MIIT) and obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Computer Science.
