Anna Men

Anna Men has over 20 years of work experience in design and teaching. Anna is currently working as a Product Design Manager at Exness, where they lead and develops the design team. Anna is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end design process, from defining problems to measuring the success of implemented solutions. Prior to this role, they worked as a UX/UI Designer at Exness, where they focused on creating designs and prototypes for web and mobile platforms, conducting UX research, and producing design specifications.

Before joining Exness, Anna worked at Art. Lebedev Studio for almost a decade. Anna held the position of Lead User Interface Designer, where they were responsible for delivering polished UI and documentation for various projects. Anna also participated in product definition by gathering design requirements and collaborating with various stakeholders. Prior to their role as Lead UI Designer, Anna worked as a User Interface Designer at the same company.

Earlier in their career, Anna served as a Teaching Assistant at Dubna International University of Nature, Society, and Man. Anna also gained experience as a Designer at Contact Company.

Anna Men completed a Postgraduate course in Computer Systems Analysis/Analyst at the International University of Nature, Society and Man "Dubna" from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same university between 1996 and 2002. In addition to their formal education, Anna also holds a certification in Ethics, Integrity, and Fairness in Financial Services from the European Institute of Management and Finance (EIMF), which they attained in November 2021.
