Hendy's work experience begins in 2003 as an Assistant Marketing Manager at VAF, where they worked until 2005. Hendy then moved on to roles at foodpanda | hellofood, starting as the Head of Inside Sales and later transitioning to the Head of Sales & Business Development Manager. In 2016, Hendy joined Grab as the Head of Merchants Acquisition & Key Account Management Lead. After a year, they joined Anchanto as a Sales Director. Currently, Hendy is employed at Exness, where they have held two positions: Senior Key Account Manager - ID and Regional Partnership Team Lead - SEA.

Hendy attended Universitas Trisakti from 2001 to 2005, where they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics.
