Iftekar Shaikh has a diverse work experience in customer support and management roles. Iftekar started their career in 2017 as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO company, where they handled inbound calls for customer complaint resolution. In 2018, they joined WNS Global Services as a Team Lead, responsible for leading a team. Iftekar worked in that position until 2021. In 2021, Iftekar joined IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) as a Customer Service Manager. Currently, they are working as a Customer Support Specialist at Exness since 2022.

Iftekar Shaikh attended Barnes School, Deolali from 2000 to 2012, where they obtained their ISCE degree with a focus on science. Following their secondary education, they enrolled at Savitribai Phule Pune University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Computer Programming from 2015 to 2018.
