Nelson Manyenga

Nelson Manyenga MBA has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Nelson started their career as a Chief FX Teller at Stanbic Bank Zimbabwe, where they were responsible for managing foreign note repatriations, ensuring adherence to procedures, and conducting training on fake note detection. Nelson then joined Forex World as a Branch Manager, focusing on retail foreign currency exchange and ensuring compliance with FICA regulations.

Nelson then moved to Rand FX | Bureau De Change, where they held the role of Exchange Control Officer. Here, they conducted pre-certification systems testing, drafted policies and manuals, and oversaw daily transaction reporting and treasury management. Nelson later became the Head of Risk & Compliance, establishing a compliance management plan and conducting training across departments.

In 2016, Nelson joined FXCM South Africa as a Compliance Associate-Regulatory Research & Development. Their responsibilities involved understanding local regulations, conducting compliance monitoring, and working on research projects. Later, they took on the role of Head of Sales, where they directed sales policies and strategies, evaluated the sales team's effectiveness, and analyzed competitors and market trends.

Prior to their current position, Nelson worked as a Compliance Executive at Bitventure, where they focused on compliance matters. Currently, they are serving as a Compliance Officer at Exness.

Nelson Manyenga MBA's education history is as follows:

- In 2021, they obtained a RE1, FAIS Key Individual degree from Moonstone Regulatory Examination Body.

- From 2019 to 2021, they pursued an Executive MBA from the National University of Science and Technology (ZW).

- From 2015 to 2016, they completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Risk Management from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika.
