Sergey Strizhkov

Sergey Strizhkov has over 20 years of work experience in various companies and roles. Sergey currently serves as a Senior Business Process Manager at Exness since June 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Quality Systems and Reporting at United Toll Systems, VINCI Group from August 2019 to June 2020. From September 2017 to July 2019, they held the position of Head of Business Processes / CEO Advisor at Бизнес Недвижимость. Sergey also served as the Head of Processes and Quality at LLC UDAS Skolkovo from October 2015 to October 2017, and as a Process and Quality Manager at JSC SITRONICS from February 2009 to October 2015. Sergey has previous experience as a Business Process Manager / Business Continuity Manager at DeltaCredit Bank, Head of IT Regulations and Procedures at ROSBANK, Project Manager (Organization of Business Processes) at Linde Gas, and IT Systems and Projects Specialist at AGA.

Sergey Strizhkov completed their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Quality Management at Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation (Technical University) from 1993 to 1999. Sergey further pursued their education and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Engineering and Quality Management from the same institute from 1999 to 2004. Additionally, Sergey has acquired several certifications, including "Ethics, Integrity and Fairness in Financial Services" from the European Institute of Management and Finance (EIMF) in August 2021, "PR328: QMS ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Training (17929)" from the Bureau Veritas Group in November 2019, "Introduction to Operations Management" from Coursera in March 2019, and an IELTS Certificate (Academic) with an overall band score of 6.5 from the Students International IELTS Test Centre in February 2015.
