Federico Polacov

Federico Polacov has extensive work experience in engineering and software development roles. From 2020 onwards, they have been the Vice President of Engineering at both Exos and Claira. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2020, Federico was a Co-founder and Full-Stack/Machine Learning Engineer at Activity Recognition Inc., where they worked on developing artificial intelligence methods for generating optimal treatments based on patient Electronic Health Records.

Federico also had a research collaboration with Stanford University from 2016 to 2018, and they were a part of the development team at Spinlock SRL from 2011 to 2014, where they led the development of new user applications and maintained commercial desktop applications for NMR spectrometers and flow meters. Federico also worked as a scientific programmer, implementing algorithms for exponential curve fitting, NMR signal preprocessing, and spectrum reconstruction.

Federico Polacov completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. Federico further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science from the same university, studying from 2011 to 2013.
