Petro Kashlikov

Petro Kashlikov has extensive work experience in the field of technology and finance. Petro currently serves as the Head of Cloud Architecture, Infrastructure Engineering, and SRE at Exos, where they are responsible for transforming the business of institutional finance by delivering innovative services through a powerful technology platform. Prior to this, Petro worked as a Senior Technical Account Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where they provided technical guidance to customers, designed scalable cloud architectures, and represented AWS within customer environments. Petro also held the position of Principal DevOps Engineering Manager at Jetblack and Lead DevOps Engineer at EPAM Systems, where they optimized software delivery processes and analyzed existing architectures to increase efficiency. Petro started their career at JSC Kyivstar GSM, where they worked as a Fraud Prevention Specialist, analyzing fraud patterns and implementing automated fraud prevention systems, resulting in significant cost savings for the company. Petro Kashlikov obtained their Master's degree in Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 1999 to 2005. Petro then pursued further education and obtained another Master's degree in Information Analytic from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv from 2005 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Petro Kashlikov has obtained several certifications.
