Ishwar Sridharan

Ishwar Sridharan is the Co-Founder and COO at Exotel. Ishwar has over fifteen years of experience in the tech industry and has held various positions at companies such as Yahoo! and Position2.

Ishwar Sridharan graduated from college with a degree in engineering. Ishwar began their career at Yahoo! in 2005 as a Principal Engineer. Ishwar worked on various projects at Yahoo!, including the integration of near real-time video results from twitter videos and music facets. Ishwar also worked on community products such as Ratings and Reviews.

In 2010, they left Yahoo! to join Position2 as their Engineering Manager. At Position2, they increased the size of the social media index and ensured search relevance. Ishwar also implemented a search architecture based on Solr that could scale to millions of documents per day.

In May 2011, Ishwar Sridharan co-founded Exotel, a company that provides cloud telephony services. As the COO of Exotel, they are responsible for the smooth running of the company's operations. Under their leadership, Exotel has grown to become one of the leading providers of cloud telephony services in India.

Ishwar Sridharan completed their B.Tech in Information Technology from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy and then went on to complete their M.Tech in the same field from International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore.

Ishwar Sridharan works with Adarsh Dikshith - CFO, Sachin Bhatia - Chief Growth Officer, and Puru Govind - Chief Product Officer. Their manager is Shivakumar Ganesan, Co-Founder & CEO.
