Kaitlin Ricketts

Kaitlin Ricketts started their work experience in 2002 as an Assistant Account Manager and Business Development at Custom Learning Designs until 2004. Kaitlin then worked as a Project Manager at Informa Training Partners from 2004 to 2007. Following that, they joined Forrester Research in 2007, where they held various roles such as Senior Consultant, Business Technology, Senior Advisor serving Application Development & Delivery Professionals, and Senior Advisor serving Enterprise Architecture Professionals, until 2015. At Forrester, they also served as a Principal Advisor serving Sourcing & Vendor Management Professionals from 2015 to 2017, and later as a Team Leader and Principal Advisor for Leadership Boards from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they are working at Expel as a Customer Advocacy Manager since November 2021.

Kaitlin Ricketts completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Economics at Saint Michael's College from 1998 to 2002.
