Roger Zacapa

Roger Zacapa has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Roger is currently a Senior Director of Sales Development at Expel, where they have held various leadership positions since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Cisco as the Director of Worldwide Account Development for the Duo Security and Sec Ops business units. Roger also held roles at Duo Security as the Head of Global Account Development and the Director of Account Development. Before that, they were the Director of Account Development at Castlight Health and the Senior Director of North America Corporate Sales at MongoDB. Roger'searlier experience includes positions at SuccessFactors, OnStation, Larkspur Hospitality, and Enterprise Rent-a-Car.

Roger Zacapa attended Bellarmine College Preparatory from 1990 to 1994, where they completed their high school education with a focus on college preparation. From 1994 to 1999, they studied at the University of California, Davis, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. During their time at UC Davis, they also pursued minors in Spanish and Communications. In terms of additional certifications, Zacapa obtained the Cisco Certified Interviewer Award from SocialTalent in 2021, completed the "Filling the Funnel" course at JB Sales Training in 2021, received on-site sales training from JBarrows Sales Training in 2016, and attained the "Command of the Message" certification from Force Management in 2015.
