Rachael Lewis, MSOD, GPHR, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and talent management. Currently serving as Senior Director, Sales Performance and Development at Experian since April 2007, Rachael has successfully led talent strategy initiatives for the organization’s largest business unit in North America, achieving notable growth and employee engagement outcomes. Prior roles include various HR Director positions at Experian and Global Talent Manager in London, focusing on leadership development and diversity strategies. Rachael also held consulting positions, enhancing organizational performance through comprehensive training and coaching methodologies. With an educational background that includes a Master’s degree in Organization Development and Change from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, Rachael combines practical experience with academic expertise to drive strategic HR initiatives.
