Rhonda Powell Lcsw

Rhonda Powell, LCSW, has extensive experience in social work and operations spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an Operations Representative at Experience Unlimited since 2009, Rhonda previously held a role as a Senior Social Worker with the County of Orange, focusing on protecting and advocating for neglected and abused children. At Scan Health Plan from 1999 to 2008, Rhonda supervised a team of 21 social workers, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and maintaining high customer service standards for 25,000 members. Additional experience includes a School Social Worker Intern position at Children's Bureau and a Psychiatric Social Worker Intern role at College Hospital Costa Mesa. Rhonda holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both obtained from California State University, Long Beach.
