Laura Parsons

Laura Parsons has a diverse work experience starting from 2014. Laura began as a Student Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota and then worked as a Financial Advisor Intern at Edward Jones. Laura then joined Al & Alma's Supper Club and Charter Cruises as a Server before becoming a Research Analyst Intern at Crow River Financial, LLC. In 2017, Laura joined ThreeBridge Solutions and worked as an HR Operations Coordinator, Senior HR Operations Coordinator, and Senior Project Coordinator. Laura then moved to ExperienceIT in 2020, where they served as a Project Manager and eventually became an Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Operations at ExperienceIT.

Laura Parsons attended Delano High School from 2009 to 2013. Laura then enrolled at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities, Minneapolis, Carlson School of Management, where they pursued a degree in Finance & Human Resources and Industrial Relations from 2013 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Laura obtained certifications as a Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master in November 2020 and as a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager in March 2021, both from Scaled Agile, Inc.
