Rahwa Gebrehiwot is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product ownership and business analysis. Currently serving as a Product Owner/Consultant at ExperienceIT, Rahwa led the successful migration of 5,000 contact center agents to Genesys Cloud CX, enhancing user experience and platform adoption while increasing first call resolution by 20% through an optimized omnichannel routing strategy. Previously, as a Senior Business Analyst at UnitedHealth Group, Rahwa redesigned care management processes in the TruCare Project to improve user experience for healthcare providers and reduce costs. As a Business Analyst in the WellMed Medical Management Project, Rahwa significantly decreased patient care turnaround time, enhancing patient experience and saving millions annually.
