Anne Giudicelli has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. GIUDICELLI has served as a Senior Evaluator at European Commission Enabel ICE and as the Head of Division - Global Threats at Expertise France. Anne has also worked as a Consultant at the Ministry of Interior and as an Analyst at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. GIUDICELLI has also held roles in the public diplomacy sector, including positions at the French Embassy in Algeria and the French Embassy in the United Arab Emirates. Additionally, Anne has experience in media organizations as a Reporter, contributing to Khaleej Times and Abu Dhabi TV. In 2023, they will begin their voluntary activity as a Conseillère du Commerce Extérieur de la France for the French Foreign Trade Advisors. Throughout their career, Anne has demonstrated expertise in areas such as maritime security, cyber security, strategic trade control, and media relations.

Anne Giudicelli has a diverse education history. GIUDICELLI attended Bourguiba School in 2010, where they obtained a Higher Degree in Diplomacy with a focus on Advanced Arabic Language. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2004, they engaged in continuous training at the French Ministry of European & Foreign Affairs, specializing in International Relations, European Institutions, and Affairs. In 1982, they completed their Master's degree in Literature & Linguistic Sciences at Sorbonne University (Paris III). Additionally, they have attended the Arabic Institute for Foreigners and is a French foreign trade advisor. In 2023, they obtained a Certificate in Climate Change and Security/Defense Nexus from the European Security and Defence College (ESDC) and the French Institute For Higher National Defense Studies (IHEDN).
