Farid Musabayov has a diverse work history in the field of human resources and training. Farid currently serves as the People Experience Manager at Explora Journeys starting from October 2022. Previously, Farid held the position of Human Resources Manager (Head of HR) at Oceania Cruises, where they managed HR functions, facilitated onboarding and training, and handled employee relations and welfare. Prior to this, they worked at Carnival Cruise Line as a Learning and Development Manager and HR Trainer & Engagement Specialist, conducting training for crew members and overseeing various training programs. Farid also worked as a Quality & Training Manager at Holiday Inn Baku, a Senior Fairmont Gold Supervisor at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, and an Assistant Training Manager at Minds in Motion SA. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant to the director at Times Consulting. Farid is an associate of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

Farid Musabayov, Assoc. CIPD, Assoc. ILM, has a diverse education history that spans various fields of study. In 2010, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Azerbaijan State Economical University. During the same period, they also achieved a High School Certificate in Human Development from Pleasant Plains High School. Prior to this, Farid Musabayov acquired a High School Diploma from Baku School #189 in 2010.

Continuing their educational pursuits, Farid Musabayov pursued further qualifications in the field of Human Resources and obtained an Associate's degree in Human Resources from CIPD Qualifications between 2021 and 2023. Additionally, they pursued a Master's degree in MBA specializing in Cybersecurity from Azerbaijan Technical University during the same period. Farid Musabayov also obtained an Associate's degree in Organizational Leadership from the ILM - Institute of Leadership & Management between 2021 and 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Farid Musabayov has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills.
