Vanessa Vollmann (Herges) has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Vanessa is currently the Head of People at Explora Journeys since March 2023. Prior to this, Vanessa worked at Richemont as the International HR Manager for Roger Dubuis from February 2020 to February 2023. Vanessa also served as the HRBP for Commercial Functions & Subsidiaries at TAG Heuer from November 2018 to January 2020. Before that, Vanessa was the Global HPO Leader for Coty Professional Beauty at Coty from October 2016 to September 2018. Vanessa has also worked at Procter & Gamble where they held various HR roles such as Global HR Manager Wella Education, HR Manager Wella CEEMEA DOT/Global Organization Capability Manager for Distributor Markets, and Associate HR Manager Wella Full Service Design Team/Global Wella HR Operations Manager. Vanessa started their career at Pall Corporation as the European Compensation Analyst and also completed a graduate internship in Human Resource and Quality Management. Vanessa began their professional journey as an Intern at Johns Manville and also gained marketing experience through an internship at Elisée Klinik Bonn.

Vanessa Vollmann (Herges) has a strong educational background in human resource management and related fields. Vanessa completed their Master's Degree in Executive Human Resource Management from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource and Quality Management from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN), graduating between 2006 and 2010. Furthermore, they also pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Strategy, Intercultural Communication, and Tourism from Unitec | Te Pūkenga in the year 2009.
