Rachel Sherman

Rachel Sherman is an experienced professional with a strong background in order management, accounts receivable, and customer service. Currently serving as Associate Manager at ExploreLearning since March 2016, Rachel builds and manages a team dedicated to auditing orders and streamlining administrative processes. Prior to this role, Rachel held positions as Team Lead at Sonabank and Loan Assistant, where responsibilities included processing loan advances and reconciling accounts. Rachel's earlier career included significant roles at Inova Solutions as Accounts Receivable Manager/Service Contract Manager, overseeing service contracts and invoicing, and at Musictoday as Assistant Manager and Chargeback Administrator in customer service. Rachel is an alumnus of Piedmont Virginia Community College.
