Sarfo Samuel

Sarfo Samuel is an experienced professional with a background in operations management and customer experience. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Expo 2020 Dubai since October 2021, Sarfo also holds the position of Customer Service Representative at Abu Dhabi National Hotels Compass ME LLC since August 2021. Previously, Sarfo worked as a Customer Experience Manager at Miral from 2022 to March 2024, and as an Administrative Aide at Class Act Middle East from November 2022 to February 2023. Early career experience includes working as a Tour Guide at the Forest Research Institute of Ghana (Bobri Forest). Sarfo Samuel earned a Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, from September 2015 to June 2019.
