Its business is classified into three service lines: regular taxi, premium taxi and value-added transportation business (VATB). The operational areas of its regular taxi lines, which are operated by the Company's subsidiaries, are Jadetabek (Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi), Surabaya, Semarang and Medan. Its premium taxi line is operated by its affiliate, PT Express Kencanakelola Jayajasa, under the brand name Tiara Express in Jadetabek areas. The operational areas of its VATB, including limousine and chartered bus services, are Jakarta, Bandung, Bali and Lombok.
