Mashari Alsulieman's work experience includes various roles in different companies.

In 2015, Mashari worked at Saudi Mechanical Industries Co., where they began as an Operations Engineer from October 2015 to October 2016. They then worked as a Business Development Engineer from October 2016 to April 2019 and later became the Business Development Section Manager from April 2019 to December 2019. In these roles, Mashari was responsible for setting strategies, planning sales forecasts, and conducting feasibility studies for future projects.

From December 2019 to December 2021, Mashari worked as a Lead Specialist in Capability Development at a confidential company. Here, they participated in preparing policies, led initiatives in the Industrial Information and Relations section, developed and managed the Military Industry MarketPlace portal, and contributed to the development of supply chain strategies for the military sector.

As of January 2022, Mashari is the Senior Manager of Support Local Content at the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority. In this role, they are involved in managing economic development by supporting local content initiatives and SMEs through government procurement. They also collaborate with the Local Content and Government Procurement Authority to set up policies for the mandatory list and add local products to it. Mashari is participating in preparing a feasibility study for industry localization and knowledge transfer.

Mashari Alsulieman completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Industrial System Engineering at the University of Regina from 2012 to 2015.
