Nasser Alorwan has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Nasser began their career as a System Engineer at BAE Systems in 2016, where they gained experience in government contracts and requirement analysis for Localizing Typhoon Electronic Warfare Programming. Nasser then joined Advanced Electronics Company in 2015 as an Associate Design Engineer, and later became a Design Engineer, gaining valuable design experience. In 2019, Alorwan joined the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority, starting as a System Engineer and eventually progressing to the role of Professional Systems Engineer. Nasser most recently served as an Engineering Expert before being appointed as the Director of Public Entities Support in 2023.

Nasser Alorwan obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Applied Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications over the years, including the ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership & Management from ILM in March 2023, Design Thinking for Innovation from Innovation Network in November 2022, and the A&FM Knowledge Transfer Program from the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority in November 2021. Nasser has also obtained certifications such as the Certified GRC Professional (GRCP) from OCEG (Open Compliance & Ethics Group) in April 2020, Leading Virtual Meetings and Remote Work Foundations from LinkedIn in April 2020, and the Certified Proficient Project Manager (PPM) from Simulation Powered Learning in April 2019.
