Sarah Parker

Sarah Parker has diverse work experience in the field of HR and talent acquisition. Sarah joined Exscientia in 2020 and held multiple roles, including Associate Director, People Essentials. Prior to that, they worked at Newton Europe as an HR Advisor and Talent Acquisition Specialist from 2018 to 2020. Sarah also gained experience at M3 EU as an HR Advisor and Talent Acquisition Specialist, as well as a Programme Manager from 2016 to 2018. Before that, they worked at Allen Associates (Oxford) as a Senior Recruitment Consultant from 2012 to 2015. Sarah's career began at Orchid Cellmark as a Forensic Administrator from 2010 to 2012.

Sarah Parker has a Master's degree in Public Archaeology from UCL, which they obtained from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Archaeology and Geography from the University of Southampton, from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their educational background, they have obtained certifications in Recruitment Practice, Mental Health First Aid, and HR Management.
